All bookings for coach travel in Surrey, along with any subsequent amendments, will be confirmed by the Company in writing. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all details contained within are accurate. 

The Company offers its advice on journey times in good faith, but does not guarantee that the completion of any journey, or leg of a journey, will occur within any specific time frame.

The vehicle will depart at times agreed upon by the hirer, and it is the responsibility of the hirer to account for all passengers at those times. The Company will not accept liability for any losses incurred by passengers who fail to follow instructions given by the hirer. 

Should the vehicle, such as those provided in Cranleigh coach hire or Gastonia Coaches, be detained by the hirer or taken on a longer journey than contracted for, the Company reserves the right to impose a proportionate additional charge.

Quotations for coach travel in Surrey, including services like Cranleigh coach hire, are determined based on the most direct route and the information provided by the hirer. The route selected will be at the discretion of the Company unless specifically detailed by the hirer at the time of inquiry.

These quotations cover only the coach and driver. Any additional charges, such as parking and departure fees, ferry costs, hotel bookings, event admission, driver accommodation, and meal costs, will be clearly outlined and will remain the responsibility of the hirer, unless otherwise specified. On the day of hire, a 100% charge applies for any coach travel in Surrey. For cancellations with less than 14 days' notice, a 50% fee is applicable. If notice is given with less than 16 weeks remaining, a 15% charge will incur. 

Additionally, all unavoidable Third Party charges related to Cranleigh coach hire, including but not limited to ferry costs, hotel bookings, event admission, driver accommodation, and meal costs incurred by the Company that are not sufficiently covered by the above rates will be payable, regardless of the cancellation notice period provided. 

Cancellation by the Company: In the event of any emergencies, such as riots, civil commotions, strikes, lockouts, stoppage or restraint of labour, or any other event beyond the Company's control (including adverse weather and road conditions), the Company reserves the right to cancel any hire, including Gastonia Coaches. In this case, no charge will be applied and any payments made will be refunded. However, the Company disclaims all liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by such actions.

The Company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of larger capacity or higher specification for coach travel in Surrey or Cranleigh coach hire at no additional charge, unless any extra seats or facilities are used, in which case a reasonable additional charge will apply. The Company also reserves the right to substitute a vehicle from another operator, ensuring that the size and facilities provided are at least of comparable standard to those of Gastonia Coaches.  

The hirer must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle, which will be clearly stated on the quotation and on the vehicle itself.  

The hirer undertakes to abide by all drivers’ hours regulations and other statutory requirements that may affect the journey in question. While drivers must comply with these regulations, they will also accommodate all reasonable requests of the hirer.

Any hirer requiring a PSVAR coach for coach travel in Surrey, particularly those in need of using the wheelchair lift and wishing to be seated in their wheelchair during travel, must ensure that the wheelchair is crash tested and in good condition. Should the vehicle be in an unreasonable state of cleanliness at the conclusion of the hire, the Company reserves the right to levy an additional cleaning fee. The hirer will be held responsible for any damage that may be caused to the vehicle or to the person or property of any Third Party through the negligence or misconduct of him/herself or any of the party using the vehicle. Pets and other animals are not permitted on any vehicle with the exception of guide dogs by prior arrangement. Acceptance of passenger luggage for carriage during Cranleigh coach hire is subject to statutory regulations, vehicle weight restrictions, and availability of appropriate space on the vehicle. The Company does not guarantee that luggage space on a hired vehicle will be sufficient for the hirer’s needs and will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience that may arise from inadequate luggage space being provided. Intention to convey suitcases or other particularly heavy or bulky items of luggage must be notified to the Company at the time of booking in order that appropriate arrangements may be made. The carriage of luggage is entirely at the owner’s risk. The Company will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property carried in the luggage lockers or passenger area of the vehicle operated by Gastonia Coaches.
